CDO Toasted Asado Siopao

Makes 12 servings

Prep Time 10 - 15 minutes

Cooking Time 25 - 30 minutes


   For the Filling:

  • 500g CDO PORK ASADO, divided into 12 equal portions
  • 2 pcs Boiled egg, cut into 6 pieces each

   For the Dough:

  • 500g A.P Flour
  • 1/2 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • As needed warm water


  1. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar thoroughly.
  2. Pour in water while continuously stirring until dough firms
  3. Knead until smooth, form into ball. Divide dough into dozen balls.
  4. Roll out dough into a 4” diameter circle, put one portion of CDO PORK ASADO in the middle and one sliced egg. Close the edges up the dough.
  5. Arrange buns in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes cool down.
  6. Toast siopao in a 450F oven for 6-8 minutes or until brown.
  7. Serve hot with siopao sauce.
